The Higher Education Landscape

Today in higher education there are over 4,000 schools with almost 20 million students.  That’s lots of choices with lots of competition.

But add to that the fact that the national graduation rate is now less than 30%.  Why?

Is it that students aren’t as prepared for college as they once were?…  But there may be even more going on.

Here’s the clincher, one third of all students transfer schools before they earn their diploma.  Could it be that one third of all students aren’t making good decisions about the school they attend?
